Innoventure Club 26

Organized by Connected Pakistan & TechTrip

Event Dates: 18th to 21st September 2026

Location: Utror Valley's Izmis Meadows, Swat, Pakistan

By registering for, paying for, or participating in Innoventure Club 26 ("Event"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Participant") and Connected Pakistan, TechTrip, Innoventure Club, and their respective organizers, representatives, employees, volunteers, partners, contractors, vendors, mentors, speakers, transport providers, and service providers (collectively, the "Organizers").

1. Registration and Eligibility

1.1. Innoventure Club 26 is an experiential adventure, travel, networking, learning, and community experience.

1.2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration unless expressly approved otherwise by the Organizers in writing.

1.3. Registration is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and verified by the Organizers.

1.4. Payment confirmation constitutes confirmation of the Participant's booking and acceptance of these Terms.

1.5. Participants may be required to provide valid CNIC or other government-issued identification at registration, departure, check-in, or at any point during the Event.

1.6. The Organizers reserve the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or terminate a Participant's registration or participation where necessary for safety, security, operational, legal, disciplinary, or other legitimate reasons.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

All payments made for Innoventure Club 26 are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of personal plans
• Change of mind
• Illness or inability to attend
• Personal, family, academic, or professional commitments
• Travel difficulties
• Failure to obtain required permission
• Late arrival
• Missing the departure
• Leaving the Event early
• Failure to attend any activity
• Failure to use any included service
• Transportation delays
• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Civil unrest
• Strikes
• Security situations
• Changes in personal circumstances
• Any other reason whatsoever

Once a booking has been confirmed, the Participant is not entitled to a refund, partial refund, credit, compensation, reimbursement, or adjustment.

2.2. No Refund for Non-Utilization

If a Participant chooses not to use any part of the Event package, including transportation, accommodation, meals, activities, excursions, experiences, or other included services, no refund or price adjustment will be provided.

2.3. No Refund Due to Early Departure

Participants who leave the Event before its scheduled conclusion for any reason will not be entitled to a refund or compensation for unused services.

3. Participant Replacement / Transfer of Booking

3.1. A confirmed Participant may transfer their booking to another eligible individual only if the Organizers receive written notification at least 7 days before the Event departure date.

3.2. A non-refundable Participant Transfer Fee of PKR 10,000 shall apply to every approved participant replacement or transfer.

3.3. The PKR 10,000 Transfer Fee must be paid in full before the replacement Participant is officially confirmed.

3.4. The replacement Participant must meet all eligibility requirements and must complete any registration forms, undertakings, identification requirements, medical disclosures, waivers, and other documentation required by the Organizers.

3.5. The original Participant is responsible for providing complete and accurate information about the replacement Participant.

3.6. The Organizers reserve the absolute right, subject to applicable law, to approve or reject a replacement Participant where there are legitimate operational, safety, legal, eligibility, disciplinary, or logistical concerns.

3.7. No participant replacement or transfer will be permitted within 7 days of the Event departure date.

3.8. The PKR 10,000 Transfer Fee is strictly non-refundable, including where the replacement Participant subsequently cancels, fails to attend, is unable to travel, or otherwise does not participate in the Event.

3.9. A booking may only be transferred once unless expressly approved otherwise by the Organizers.

3.10. The original Participant remains responsible for ensuring that the replacement Participant is fully informed of and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3.11. Any outstanding balance, additional charges, or other amounts associated with the booking must be cleared before the replacement is confirmed.

3.12. The transfer of a booking does not create a new booking and does not reset, extend, or modify any deadlines, policies, or obligations applicable to the original booking.

4. Pickup and Drop-off Location Policy

4.1. The Participant's selected pickup and drop-off location at the time of booking shall be considered final for transportation planning purposes.

4.2. Once transportation arrangements have been planned and seats have been allocated based on the Participant's selected pickup location, any request to change the pickup or drop-off location may result in additional operational and transportation costs for the Organizers.

4.3. Any approved change to a Participant's pickup or drop-off location shall be subject to a non-refundable penalty of PKR 10,000/- per requested change. The change will only be effective after the applicable amount has been paid and the Organizers have confirmed the change in writing.

4.4. The PKR 10,000/- penalty is intended to cover the additional logistical and transportation costs incurred by the Organizers, including the possibility that the seat reserved against the Participant's original pickup or drop-off location remains vacant and cannot reasonably be allocated to another Participant.

4.5. Payment of the PKR 10,000/- penalty does not automatically guarantee that the requested change will be approved. Changes remain subject to transportation capacity, route planning, timing, vehicle arrangements, and the discretion of the Organizers.

4.6. Participants are required to use the designated drop-off location corresponding to their registered pickup location. A Participant who joins the Event from a particular pickup location cannot request or claim a different drop-off location merely because it is more convenient for them.

4.7. For example, a Participant who registers for pickup from Islamabad will be dropped off at the designated Islamabad drop-off location. Such Participant cannot request a drop-off in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar, or any other location as an alternative to the designated drop-off point.

4.8. Similarly, Participants joining from other designated pickup locations will be returned to the corresponding designated drop-off location unless an alternative arrangement is expressly approved by the Organizers in writing.

4.9. Participants who independently choose to leave the designated transportation route, travel separately, or arrange their own transportation shall not be entitled to a refund, reimbursement, or reduction in the Event fee.

4.10. The Organizers reserve the right to determine the exact pickup and drop-off points within the designated city or route based on accessibility, traffic, vehicle restrictions, safety, and operational requirements.

4.11. Participants must report to their designated pickup location at the time communicated by the Organizers. Failure to arrive on time may result in the Participant missing the scheduled transportation, and no refund or reimbursement shall be provided in such circumstances.

4.12. The Organizers may modify pickup or drop-off points where reasonably necessary due to traffic restrictions, road conditions, security concerns, government instructions, vehicle accessibility, or other operational circumstances. Such modification shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Event Nature and Participant Expectations

4.1. Innoventure Club 26 is an experiential wilderness adventure and community journey, not a formal conference, seminar, guaranteed training program, or professional certification program.

4.2. The Event includes travel, outdoor activities, adventure experiences, networking, learning, reflection, community engagement, and other activities.

4.3. Participants understand that outdoor and wilderness activities may involve physical exertion, variable weather, uneven terrain, travel delays, basic facilities, changes in conditions, and other inherent uncertainties.

4.4. Participants are responsible for assessing whether they are physically and mentally capable of participating in the Event.

4.5. The Organizers may modify, replace, postpone, shorten, extend, or cancel individual activities where they consider such action necessary or appropriate.

5. Itinerary and Event Changes

5.1. The published itinerary is intended as a general plan and does not constitute a guarantee that every activity, location, timing, route, meal, mentor, speaker, accommodation arrangement, or experience will occur exactly as published.

5.2. The Organizers reserve the right to change:

• Departure and arrival times
• Routes
• Destinations
• Activities
• Locations
• Accommodation arrangements
• Transportation arrangements
• Meal arrangements
• Speakers or mentors
• Group allocations
• Activity schedules
• Duration of activities
• Event sequence

5.3. Changes may be made for safety, weather, road conditions, operational requirements, availability, government instructions, security considerations, participant welfare, logistical requirements, or any other reason considered appropriate by the Organizers.

5.4. Such changes shall not automatically entitle Participants to a refund, compensation, reimbursement, or reduction in the registration fee.

6. Mentors, Speakers and Special Guests

6.1. The Organizers may invite mentors, speakers, industry professionals, guests, or other personalities to participate in Innoventure Club 26.

6.2. The appearance, availability, duration of participation, or specific activities of any mentor, speaker, or guest are not guaranteed.

6.3. A mentor, speaker, or guest may be unable to attend due to personal, professional, health, travel, security, logistical, or other circumstances.

6.4. The inability of any particular mentor, speaker, or guest to attend shall not constitute grounds for a refund, compensation, or cancellation by the Participant.

6.5. Participants are purchasing an overall Event experience and not guaranteed access to any particular individual.

7. Transportation

7.1. Transportation may include coasters, buses, jeeps, vans, or other vehicles operated directly by the Organizers or by third-party transportation providers.

7.2. Participants must comply with all instructions provided by drivers, transport staff, Event staff, and Organizers.

7.3. Participants must remain seated and follow all applicable transportation safety instructions while travelling.

7.4. The Organizers shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, mechanical issues, accidents, government restrictions, road closures, security situations, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

7.5. Transportation arrangements may be changed where operationally necessary.

7.6. Participants who miss scheduled transportation due to their own delay, absence, or failure to follow instructions are responsible for arranging and paying for any alternative transportation required.

8. Luggage and Personal Belongings

8.1. Each Participant may carry one primary bag with a maximum weight of 15 kg, unless otherwise approved by the Organizers.

8.2. Participants are responsible for packing appropriately for wilderness travel and outdoor conditions.

8.3. The Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or unattended personal belongings, including luggage, mobile phones, cameras, electronics, cash, identification documents, clothing, or other valuables.

8.4. Participants are strongly advised not to bring unnecessary valuables.

8.5. Any additional luggage may be refused where it creates transportation or operational difficulties.

9. Camp and Accommodation Allocation

9.1. Accommodation will primarily consist of tent/camp accommodation.

9.2. Camp allocation will be determined by the Organizers based on availability, logistics, safety, privacy, gender considerations, group management, and operational requirements.

9.3. Participants may be required to share accommodation with another Participant.

9.4. Separate camp areas may be designated for males, females, speakers, mentors, staff, or other groups as determined by the Organizers.

9.5. Participants cannot demand a particular tent, campsite, roommate, location, or accommodation arrangement.

9.6. Accommodation arrangements may be changed by the Organizers where necessary.

10. Outdoor and Adventure Activities

10.1. Participants acknowledge that Innoventure Club 26 takes place in a wilderness and mountainous environment.

10.2. Activities may involve hiking, walking on uneven terrain, travelling in jeeps, crossing natural terrain, exposure to weather conditions, elevation changes, and other outdoor circumstances.

10.3. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the Organizers and designated activity leaders.

10.4. Participants must not undertake any activity beyond their own physical capability.

10.5. The Organizers may prevent a Participant from participating in an activity if they reasonably believe that the Participant's participation may endanger the Participant, another person, staff, property, or the Event.

10.6. Such a decision shall be made at the Organizers' discretion and shall not automatically entitle the Participant to a refund.

11. Safety and Personal Responsibility

11.1. Participation in Innoventure Club 26 is voluntary and undertaken at the Participant's own risk.

11.2. Participants acknowledge that outdoor travel and adventure activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips and falls
• Uneven terrain
• Minor or serious injuries
• Weather-related risks
• Road and transportation risks
• Fatigue
• Dehydration
• Insect or animal encounters
• Allergic reactions
• Accidents
• Medical emergencies
• Environmental hazards
• Other risks associated with wilderness travel

11.3. Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care for their own safety.

11.4. Participants must immediately inform Event staff of any safety concern, injury, illness, or emergency.

11.5. The Organizers may take reasonable measures to protect the Participant or other Participants in an emergency.

12. Medical Information and Emergencies

12.1. Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, dietary requirements, or other information that may reasonably affect their participation or safety.

12.2. Participants are responsible for carrying any personal medication they require.

12.3. Participants must ensure that they are medically fit for the activities and travel involved.

12.4. In the event of a medical emergency, the Organizers may arrange transportation to the nearest appropriate medical facility or take other reasonable emergency measures.

12.5. All medical, hospital, medication, ambulance, transportation, treatment, evacuation, or other related expenses shall be the responsibility of the Participant unless expressly covered by a separate written arrangement.

12.6. The Organizers do not provide health or medical insurance to Participants unless explicitly stated in writing.

12.7. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own travel, health, accident, or other insurance where they consider it necessary.

13. Code of Conduct

13.1. Participants must behave respectfully and responsibly towards other Participants, mentors, speakers, staff, volunteers, drivers, local communities, service providers, and other individuals.

13.2. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment
• Bullying
• Discrimination
• Threatening behaviour
• Physical violence
• Sexual misconduct
• Verbal abuse
• Intimidation
• Theft
• Property damage
• Disruptive behaviour
• Unlawful conduct
• Possession or use of prohibited substances
• Any conduct that threatens the safety, dignity, reputation, or wellbeing of others

13.3. The Organizers may take immediate disciplinary action against any Participant who violates these Terms.

13.4. Depending on the seriousness of the conduct, the Organizers may issue a warning, restrict participation, remove the Participant from an activity, or immediately terminate the Participant's participation in the Event without refund.

13.5. Where required, serious incidents may be reported to relevant authorities.

14. Mandatory Undertaking

14.1. Every Participant may be required to sign a separate undertaking, waiver, declaration, or consent form before departure.

14.2. Failure to complete required documentation may result in the Participant being denied participation.

14.3. Denial of participation due to incomplete documentation shall not create an entitlement to a refund.

15. Prohibited Items and Weapons

15.1. Weapons and dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.

15.2. This includes firearms, explosives, and any other item that the Organizers reasonably consider dangerous or inappropriate for the Event.

15.3. The Organizers reserve the right to conduct or arrange reasonable security checks and baggage inspections where necessary for safety and security.

15.4. Any prohibited item may be confiscated or handed over to the relevant authorities where required.

15.5. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

16. Drugs and Alcohol

16.1. The possession, consumption, distribution, sale, or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited.

16.2. Alcohol consumption or possession is prohibited during the Event unless expressly permitted by the Organizers in writing and lawful at the relevant location.

16.3. Any Participant found violating this policy may be immediately removed from the Event without refund.

16.4. Where legally required or considered necessary, the Organizers may report the matter to relevant authorities.

17. Smoking, Vapes and Electronic Pods

17.1. Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic pods are prohibited inside transportation vehicles, tents, and other restricted areas.

17.2. Where permitted, such activities may only take place in designated areas and in accordance with applicable laws and Event rules.

17.3. Participants must follow all instructions regarding smoking and vaping restrictions.

17.4. Violation may result in removal from an activity or the Event without refund.

18. Personal Behaviour and Group Discipline

18.1. Innoventure Club 26 is a group experience. Participants are expected to cooperate with the Organizers and follow reasonable instructions.

18.2. Participants must remain with their assigned group unless permission is provided by Event staff.

18.3. Leaving the designated group, campsite, route, or activity area without permission may create serious safety risks.

18.4. The Organizers may require a Participant to return to the group, campsite, vehicle, or designated location.

18.5. Continued non-compliance may result in removal from the Event without refund.

19. Local Environment and Community

19.1. Participants must respect local communities, culture, property, wildlife, natural surroundings, and environmental regulations.

19.2. Littering, damaging natural resources, damaging local property, or engaging in disrespectful behaviour is prohibited.

19.3. Participants may be held financially responsible for damage caused by their intentional or negligent actions.

20. Photography, Video and Media Consent

20.1. Photography, videography, audio recording, interviews, and other forms of media coverage may take place throughout Innoventure Club 26.

20.2. By registering for or attending the Event, Participants grant Connected Pakistan, TechTrip, and Innoventure Club permission to photograph, record, and otherwise capture their image, voice, likeness, statements, and participation.

20.3. Such material may be used for legitimate promotional, marketing, editorial, documentary, archival, social media, website, advertising, and communication purposes.

20.4. Participants acknowledge that they may appear in group photographs, videos, reels, interviews, livestreams, promotional materials, or other Event-related content.

20.5. Participants waive any right to financial compensation arising from such use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Intellectual Property

21.1. Event branding, logos, graphics, official photographs, videos, written materials, presentations, designs, documents, and other original Event content remain the property of their respective owners.

21.2. Participants may share their personal experiences and content from the Event provided that such sharing does not misrepresent the Event or infringe the rights of the Organizers, speakers, mentors, Participants, or other individuals.

21.3. Participants must not commercially reproduce, sell, distribute, or exploit proprietary Event materials without prior written permission.

22. Participant-Generated Content

22.1. Participants may create photographs, videos, and social media content during the Event.

22.2. Participants must respect the privacy, dignity, and reasonable wishes of other Participants.

22.3. Participants must not publish content that is defamatory, unlawful, abusive, threatening, sexually inappropriate, discriminatory, misleading, or damaging to another person's reputation.

22.4. The Organizers reserve the right to request removal of content that materially violates these Terms or the rights of others.

23. Data and Privacy

23.1. By registering, Participants consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of their information for legitimate Event-related purposes.

23.2. Information may be used for registration, communication, transportation, accommodation, security, emergency management, Event operations, participant verification, and related administrative purposes.

23.3. Personal information may be shared with relevant service providers where reasonably necessary to deliver the Event, including transportation, accommodation, security, medical assistance, or other Event services.

23.4. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request.

24. Third-Party Service Providers

24.1. The Event may rely on third-party transportation providers, accommodation providers, restaurants, guides, activity providers, venues, medical facilities, and other vendors.

24.2. The Organizers are not responsible for independent acts, omissions, delays, failures, negligence, service interruptions, or changes caused by third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

24.3. Where a third-party service is unavailable, the Organizers may provide a reasonable alternative where practicable.

24.4. Substitution of a third-party provider does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

25. Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Control

25.1. The Organizers shall not be responsible for failure, delay, interruption, modification, postponement, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

25.2. Such circumstances may include:

• Severe weather
• Flooding
• Landslides
• Road closures
• Natural disasters
• Earthquakes
• Government restrictions
• Security threats
• Civil unrest
• Strikes
• Political disturbances
• Terrorism or security incidents
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Transportation disruptions
• Accidents
• Mechanical failures
• Power or communication failures
• Changes in government policy
• Acts of God
• Any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Organizers

25.3. If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, modified, interrupted, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organizers' reasonable control, Participants shall not be entitled to a refund unless the Organizers expressly decide otherwise in writing.

25.4. Where reasonably possible, the Organizers may announce revised dates, routes, activities, or arrangements.

26. Event Cancellation by the Organizers

26.1. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or suspend the Event where they consider it necessary for safety, security, operational, legal, logistical, or other legitimate reasons.

26.2. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Organizers may, at their sole discretion, offer one of the following:

• Rescheduled participation
• Transfer of booking
• Credit towards a future Event
• Alternative arrangement
• No alternative compensation

26.3. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing by the Organizers, no cash refund shall be due.

27. Participant Removal and Termination

27.1. The Organizers may immediately terminate a Participant's participation if the Participant:

• Violates these Terms
• Violates applicable law
• Endangers themselves or others
• Disobeys reasonable safety instructions
• Engages in misconduct
• Damages property
• Disrupts the Event
• Provides false or misleading information
• Possesses prohibited items
• Uses prohibited substances
• Creates a security or reputational risk
• Refuses to follow reasonable operational instructions

27.2. A Participant removed from the Event shall not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement, compensation, or alternative transportation unless the Organizers expressly decide otherwise.

27.3. Any additional expenses incurred by the Participant following removal, including transportation, accommodation, food, medical treatment, or other expenses, shall be the Participant's responsibility.

28. Abandonment or Unauthorized Departure

28.1. If a Participant voluntarily leaves the Event, designated group, transportation, accommodation, or itinerary without authorization, the Organizers shall have no obligation to provide replacement services.

28.2. Any additional transportation, accommodation, meals, or other costs resulting from unauthorized departure shall be borne entirely by the Participant.

28.3. Leaving the Event does not create any entitlement to a refund.

29. Limitation of Liability

29.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizers shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, expense, inconvenience, theft, illness, missed transportation, loss of personal belongings, or other consequence arising from participation in Innoventure Club 26.

29.2. Participants acknowledge that they participate voluntarily and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, outdoor activities, wilderness environments, transportation, weather, accommodation, and group activities.

29.3. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as excluding liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

30. Financial Responsibility for Damage

30.1. A Participant shall be responsible for loss or damage caused to Event property, accommodation, transportation vehicles, equipment, venues, or third-party property due to the Participant's intentional, reckless, or negligent conduct.

30.2. The Organizers reserve the right to recover reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning, or restoration costs from the responsible Participant.

31. Participant Responsibility for Documents

31.1. Participants are responsible for carrying their required identification and other personal documents.

31.2. Participants must ensure that their personal documents remain valid and accessible throughout the Event.

31.3. The Organizers shall not be responsible for consequences arising from a Participant's failure to carry required identification or documents.

32. Communication and Official Information

32.1. Official Event communication may be delivered through email, WhatsApp, phone, SMS, social media, participant portals, or other communication channels designated by the Organizers.

32.2. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring official Event communication.

32.3. Failure to receive or read a communication due to incorrect contact information, inactive accounts, device issues, network problems, or failure to monitor the designated communication channel shall not automatically make the Organizers responsible.

33. Participant Cooperation

33.1. Participants agree to cooperate with the Organizers and Event staff throughout the Event.

33.2. The Organizers may issue reasonable instructions regarding safety, transportation, accommodation, activities, group movement, schedules, security, and general Event operations.

33.3. Participants must comply with such reasonable instructions.

33.4. The Organizers' reasonable decisions regarding safety, group management, operational requirements, and itinerary changes shall be final during the Event.

34. No Guarantee of Specific Experience

34.1. The Organizers make no guarantee regarding specific weather conditions, views, wildlife sightings, individual interactions, mentor availability, activity duration, travel time, or other circumstances outside their reasonable control.

34.2. Participants understand that wilderness and adventure experiences naturally involve uncertainty.

34.3. Variations from expectations shall not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.

35. Accuracy of Participant Information

35.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is complete and accurate.

35.2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in cancellation or termination of participation without refund.

36. Amendments to These Terms

36.1. The Organizers reserve the right to amend, update, add, remove, or modify these Terms where reasonably necessary.

36.2. Updated Terms may be communicated through official Event channels or published through the relevant Event platform.

36.3. Participants are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the Terms.

36.4. Continued participation in the Event following communication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

37. Severability

37.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

37.2. The invalid provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose, where legally permissible.

38. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

38.1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

38.2. Any dispute arising in connection with Innoventure Club 26 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, subject to applicable law.

39. Final Participant Acknowledgement

By registering for, paying for, or participating in Innoventure Club 26, the Participant confirms that:

• I have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• I voluntarily choose to participate in Innoventure Club 26.
• I understand that all payments are strictly non-refundable.
• I understand that my booking can only be transferred to another eligible person if the Organizers are notified at least 7 days before departure and the transfer is approved.

• I consent to photography, videography, and use of Event-related media featuring me for legitimate promotional and communication purposes.
• I confirm that the information provided by me during registration is accurate.
• I agree to comply with these Terms, the Event code of conduct, mandatory undertakings, safety instructions, and applicable laws.
