Nadia Iqbal

Born and raised in the remote region of Gilgit-Baltistan, she defied societal norms by pursuing a degree in computer science from Punjab University, Lahore an unconventional path that laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial journey. Today, she stands as the Co-Founder & CEO of Tech Alphalogix, an award-winning IT company specializing in web and UI design, serving over 100 clients across 10 countries and generating more than $350,000 in revenue since 2019.

Her journey reflects resilience, ambition, and a deep commitment to impact. Recognized both nationally and internationally, she has been featured among the “100 Freelancers of Pakistan” by PSEB and honored with the Prime Minister’s Excellence Award (2022). As a U.S. Department of State Professional Fellow at the University of Oklahoma, she represented Pakistan on a global platform, further strengthening her role as a bridge between local talent and international opportunity.

Beyond her entrepreneurial success, she plays a strategic role in shaping Pakistan’s tech ecosystem. She serves on the PASHA Central Executive Committee (2024–26), the GB IT Board, and the UNDP NHDR Advisory Committee, actively working to unlock the immense yet untapped potential of Gilgit-Baltistan. Through her initiatives, she is connecting remote talent with national and global markets, fostering growth across sectors including IT, tourism, health, and agriculture.

Her leadership evolved significantly after 2023, when she transformed Tech Alphalogix into a community-powered collaborative model partnering with niche experts to deliver high-impact solutions. This shift reinforced her belief that community is not just a support system, but a powerful strategy for sustainable success.

A strong advocate for women empowerment, she has been recognized by Google Pakistan for enabling women through digital skills and has also led a women’s ice hockey team to consecutive championship victories. Through mentorship, transparency, and storytelling, she continues to inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs especially from underserved regions to dream bigger and build globally relevant ventures.
